Berenice was born in Paris in France on May 29, 1979. Her studies lasted for 10 years at the Conservatoire de Paris. In 2007 she made her film debut appearance in La Discordance which was a documentary. The actress appeared on French TV dramas and was a frequent guest in the year 2010 in Medical Emergency. Her most famous role was as the antagonistic Bond actress Severine in the twenty-third James Bond film Skyfall. Also, she has appeared in films including Happiness Never Comes Alone (1998) and 5 to 7 (1998). She has appeared in the TV series Pas de secrets entre nous, Femmes de loi, Le temps est a l'orage, Pere et maire, and R.I.S. Police scientifique. They nominated her for an National Film Society Award in 2012 for her performance as the best supporting actress in Skyfall. She also was a part-time actress in Terrence malick's Zoey.
